Why we are choosen?
Theres many kind of sweet potato in Japan but why we are #1? You will realize how
delicious it is once you try it. There are three different ways to enjoy it. Sazanka's
baked sweet potatoes are processed through our own unique "ripening and baking pro-
cess", which is based on both theoretical and chemical evidence by Japanese leading
researchers. In this process, the baking time and temperature are adjusted accordingly
to the condition of the raw potatoes.
Quality
We use our own ripening techniques to keep the temperature below 13 degrees Celsius for more than three months.
Sweetness
Our Yakiimo has natural sugar content is more than 50 degrees, Please enjoy sweetest sweet potato experience
